Why are the times in my CallRail off?


The times in your CallRail connection are not in fact off or incorrect it is simply a matter of timezone settings. In CallRail the times are displayed in your timezone however the API connection we have reports the times in the UTC timezone. So all data comes to us in that format. The good news is that you can alter the timezone setting of your dashboard in the Preferences section.
