How to Edit and Create Users in TapOrders and TapWorkflow

  1. Navigate to the Reports part of the dashboard and click on Administration and then click on Users
  2. Search for the user you want to enable for TapOrders and TapWorkflow
  3. Click on the pencil icon to Edit that user
  4. Scroll all the way down the page to the section that says IO TOOL and check off the Enable IO Tool module for this user and make sure to select a Role, Notification Frequency and Queue Assignment

You will now be able to login as that User and see tasks that are in the queues that you assigned to that User. This process can be followed for any TapOrders or TapWorkflow Role that you want to enable, create and or edit.
