How do I update my credentials for the Data Sources I have connected?


For the oAuth based integrations (Google Adwords and Analytics, Bing, Facebook Ads)

If you have questions about what an oAuth is read this: What is oAuth

DO NOT DISCONNECT THE PROBLEM CONNECTION

Instead do the following:
  1. Go to Manage Data Sources
  2. Click on the Service that is having problems
  3. Click on the green "Add Account" button

OR
 
  1. Go to Manage Data Sources
  2. Click on the green plug icon that is "Manage Connections in the top right hand corner of the service tile you need to update
  3. Select the connection from the drop down menu
  4. Click on the Re-authenticate button

Note that you must be logged into the service with the problematic account for the token to be updated!
For example, Facebook Ads, if you have an error there, make sure you are logged into business.facebook.com with the problem account, with your new password. Then in our system click on the "Add Account" button. Your connection should be resolved. Also your existing assigning will stay in place so long as you did not disconnect the account.


 

For the Non-oAuth based integrations (i.e. Mixpo, Yext, TubeMogul)

  1. Go to the Manage Data Sources screen
  2. Click on the green plug icon that is "Manage Connections in the top right hand corner of the service tile you need to update
  3. Click on the Edit button and enter the updated credentials
  4. When done entering click the Edit Account button to save the information
  5. A pop up will ask you to Confirm the credential change
