How do I set up and connect Kenshoo?


To set up and connect to Kenshoo in TapClicks, configure four reports in Kenshoo with the settings given below. Write down the Report IDs for your reference. You will need those IDs for the Manage Data Sources page while connecting. 
Please note the Currency column is automatically added so it is not include in the active columns for the reports during configuration. If you have questions, please reach out to your Account Manager.
 
  • Assigning List 
    • Frequency - Daily
    • Date Range - Last 30 Days
    • Roll Up - Aggregate for the whole date range
    • Columns and Order
      • Profile Name
      • Profile ID
      • Campaign ID in Kenshoo 
        Note: This must be renamed in the Kenshoo UI from Campaign ID to Campaign Id in Kenshoo
      • Campaign Name
      • Impressions
  • Campaign Level Data
    • Frequency - Daily
    • Date Range - Last 30 Days
    • Roll Up - By Day (it means that will be separate rows in the file for each day, for the last 30 days)

  • In the Delivery Format section, the option to Compress Files should be set for files greater than 40mb in size only.
