Data Discrepancy

Sometimes an issues occurs that you cannot solve and you need a hand fixing it. In that case the support team is here to help work out and fix the issues with you! In order to get fixing your issues as soon as possible there are a few things that will expedite the process:
  • Brief description of the issue that is occurring
  • The Dashboard URL that you are using, for example: dashboard.tapclicks.com
  • The service that is affected (Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, etc.)
  • The name of the campaign, if there is a particular one
  • Date range in question
  • If the issue is data discrepancy please include a screenshot of the data, in the same date range, in the original service’s platform
  • Step by step instructions on how to replicate the issue.
