Exporting Your Custom Dashboards

The ability to export your custom dashboards and the individual widgets will allow you to send reports or create presentations that are fully customized to you and your clients. 

Whole Custom Dashboard

  1. Click on the circle with three lines in the top right corner of the custom dashboard
  2. You will see three different options for exporting the custom dashboard
    1. Export to PDF – Note that this opens a popup giving you further options
      • Export Dashboard - will export it as it appears currently on the screen. Note there is a preview option now to view this before exporting
      • Export Report - will apply all reporting options and export as it would appear as a report. Note there is a preview option now to view this before exporting
    2. Export to ExcelNote that the data for each individual widget will be on a different tab titled according to the widget name
    3. Export to PowerPointNote that the individual widgets will get their own slides with the title of the slide being the widget name and an images of the widget
  3. Once you select a file type option the file will download to your computer. Please note that this could take some time depending on the file type and number of widgets on the given custom dashboard

 

Individual Widget

This will allow you to export specific widgets. This is beneficial when you do not need the whole dashboard but want one of the widgets as a visual for example to add to an email you are sending a client.

  1. Click on the three dots in the top right hand corner of the widget you want to export
  2. Click the one of the three options from the drop down
    • Export to Image
    • Export Data to Excel
    • Export Data to JSON
  3. The file will download to your computer

 

Client Report

  1. Select the client you want to view as from the drop down menu in the very top right hand corner
  2. Click on the circle with three lines in the top right corner of the custom dashboard
  3. You will see three different options for exporting the custom dashboard
    1. Export to PDF
    2. Export to ExcelNote that the data for each individual widget will be on a different tab titled according to the widget name
    3. Export to PowerPointNote that the individual widgets will get their own slides with the title of the slide being the widget name and an images of the widget
  4. No matter which option you choose the data that shows in that export will be specific to the client you are viewing the custom dashboard as
  5. Once you select a file type option the file will download to your computer. Please note that this could take some time depending on the file type and number of widgets on the given custom dashboard
